Add people to your team

Bring in up to four helpers with a QR code, no account needed.

Working with a helper or a crew? Add them to your account in a few seconds. They scan a code, type their name, and they are in. No Google account, no password.

Add a person

  1. On your phone or computer, open Settings and find Your team.
  2. Choose Add a person. A QR code and a link appear.
  3. Your helper scans the code with their phone's camera (or opens the link you texted them), types their first name, and taps Join.
  4. Your screen shows a big green check and "Maria has joined!".
Settings, then Your team, lists everyone and lets you add or remove people.
Your helper scans this QR code, or you send them the link.
What your helper sees when they open it.
Your screen when they have joined.

What they can do

What only you can do

Limits

Lost phone or new phone?

Next to the person's name, choose New link. It signs them in on the new phone and signs the old one out. They keep their name.

Remove someone

Choose Remove next to their name. They are signed out right away. Photos they took stay in your account, because they belong to your jobs. A person can also leave the team from their own Settings.

Tell your helper

Ask them to open the link in a normal browser tab, not a Private one. Private tabs do not keep photos. Photo Luego warns them if it detects one. They can also add the app to their home screen for quick access.

Questions

Does my helper need to pay?

No. People you add use your account, and they are included with it, up to five people.

Can my helper see all my customers' details?

They see the jobs in your account, including customer names, phone numbers and addresses, so they can do the work. Only add people you trust.

What if I invite someone by mistake?

An invite only works once and expires after two days. If someone joined who should not have, remove them from Your team and they lose access immediately.
