Connect Calendly
Every booking in the next two weeks becomes a job, with the customer filled in.
Connect Calendly and the bookings you have over the next two weeks turn into jobs in Photo Luego. The customer's name, phone, email and address come with them, so you arrive ready to take your photos.
What you need
- A Calendly account (any plan).
- Photo Luego Pro, which has a 7-day free trial with no card needed.
Connect it
- In Photo Luego, open Settings and find Connections.
- Choose Connect Calendly and sign in to Calendly. Approve the connection there.
- Back in Photo Luego, open the Jobs page. Your upcoming bookings are there with a blue C badge, dated by the appointment, such as "Deep Cleaning ยท Oct 17".
What comes in
- The job is named after the booking and its day. The person who booked is the customer.
- Their email, and their phone if you ask for it on your booking form (or they chose text reminders).
- The address, from an in-person location or from a form question about the address.
- Everything else they typed on your form shows on the job page under From Calendly (pets, door codes, notes). These answers are for you and your team only and are never put on a report.
Get the most from your booking form
Add two questions to your Calendly event type: one that asks for the address of the job, and one that asks for a mobile number. If the question includes a word like "address", "location", "phone", "mobile" or "cell", Photo Luego finds it. Then every booking arrives ready to use, and you can text the customer their report with one tap.
How fast do bookings arrive?
- Calendly Standard plan or higher: new bookings appear the moment they are made.
- Free Calendly plan: bookings appear each time you open the app or come back to it.
Reschedules and cancellations
- If a customer reschedules, the same job moves to the new date. You do not get a second job.
- If a customer cancels, the job stays, so photos you already took are never lost. Delete it from the job page if you do not need it.
Disconnect
In Settings, then Connections, choose Disconnect. We stop reading your bookings and forget our access. Jobs that already came in stay in Photo Luego.
Questions
Does Photo Luego change my Calendly?
No. It only reads your bookings. It does not create, move or cancel anything in Calendly, and it never contacts your customers.
Why do I only see two weeks of bookings?
To keep your Jobs page about the work in front of you. A booking appears once it is within two weeks.
A job has no phone or address. Why?
The customer did not give one on your booking form. Add the questions described above, or type the details on the job yourself.
