Connect Jobber
Jobs from the next two weeks appear on their own, and reports go back onto the job.
Connect Jobber once, and the jobs you have scheduled over the next two weeks show up in Photo Luego by themselves, with the customer, phone, email and address already filled in. When you are done, the report goes back onto the Jobber job.
What you need
- A Jobber account that can connect apps.
- Photo Luego Pro, which has a 7-day free trial with no card needed.
Connect it
- In Photo Luego, open Settings and find Connections.
- Choose Connect Jobber. Jobber's own sign-in screen opens. Approve the connection there. Photo Luego never sees your Jobber password.
- You land back in Photo Luego. Open the Jobs page and your upcoming Jobber jobs are there, each with a green J badge.
What comes in
- Jobs with a visit scheduled in the next two weeks, checked whenever you open the app or come back to it.
- The job title, the customer's name, phone and email, the service address, and the date and time of the job.
- Archived jobs and jobs you already have, or deleted, are skipped. A job never comes in twice.
Add the report back to the job
- Open the job, take your photos, and choose Make Report.
- Open the report's share menu and choose Add to Jobber job.
- Photo Luego adds a note with a link to the report to the job in Jobber, and attaches the PDF, named "Photo Summary Prepared for" your customer.
If something looks off
- A job is missing. Only jobs with a visit in the next two weeks come in automatically. Check the job has a scheduled date in Jobber, then open the app again.
- "Jobber needs to be connected again." Open Settings and choose Connect Jobber once more. This happens if you removed the app inside Jobber.
- You made the report but cannot add it. Add to Jobber job only appears for jobs that came from Jobber.
Disconnect
In Settings, then Connections, choose Disconnect. We stop reading from your account and forget our access. Jobs that already came in stay in Photo Luego. You can also remove the app inside Jobber.

Is the Jobber connection live for everyone?

Does it change anything in my Jobber account?
Only when you ask it to. Adding a report writes one note and one PDF to that job. It does not touch invoices, quotes or payments, and it never contacts your customers.
What if the job changes in Jobber after it came in?
Photo Luego keeps what it read when the job came in. It does not update automatically. You can rename the job in Photo Luego at any time.
