Get paid with Venmo, Cash App or PayPal
Add one payment link and your reports show a pay button and QR code.
Photo Luego does not process payments. If you already get paid by Venmo, Cash App, PayPal or a similar link, you can put that link on every report, so paying is one tap for your customer.
Add your payment link
- In Settings, find Your business.
- Paste your payment link into the payment field. For Venmo it looks like venmo.com/yourname, and for Cash App cash.app/$yourname.
- Optionally add a short note, such as "Zelle 555-123-4567" or "Cash or check also fine".
What your customer sees
- A button that says "Pay with Venmo" (or Cash App, PayPal, Square or Stripe) and your handle under it. Other links get a plain "Pay online" button.
- On the PDF, and when the report is opened on a computer, a "Scan to pay" QR code, so a customer at the door can pay from their own phone.
- On a phone, the button is tappable, so the QR code is left out.
Tips
- Check your link by opening it yourself before you rely on it.
- Venmo and Cash App business accounts may be required for work payments. Check their rules.
- You can add up to five review links as well. Reviews and payment sit together at the end of the report.
Questions
Does Photo Luego take a cut of payments?
No. Photo Luego never handles the money. Customers pay you directly through the link you provide.
Can I change the link for one report?
The payment link comes from your business details and applies to every report. You can change it any time.
