Photo Luego for Jobber
Before and after photo reports for your Jobber jobs
If you run your business in Jobber, Photo Luego can bring a job in, help you take the before and after photos, and put the finished report back on that job. You skip retyping customer names and addresses, and the proof of your work lives next to the job it belongs to.
How it works
- Connect Jobber. In Photo Luego, open Settings, then Connections, and choose Connect Jobber. You approve on Jobber's own screen. Photo Luego never sees your Jobber password.
- Import a job. On the Jobs page, choose Import from Jobber, search your jobs and pick one. The job title, customer name, address and job number fill in for you.
- Take the photos. Take before and after photos on your phone, with the camera guide lining up each after shot. Working on a computer? Scan the code in Photo Luego to add photos straight from your phone's library.
- Add the report to the job. When the report looks right, open its Share menu and choose Add to Jobber job. Photo Luego adds a note with a link to the report, and attaches the PDF, named "Photo Summary Prepared for" and your customer's name.
What you get in Jobber
- A note from Photo Luego on the job, with a link to the interactive report.
- The PDF report attached to that note, ready to open, print or send.
- Adding the same report twice does not create a second note.
What Photo Luego reads and writes
- Reads: the job title, number, status and dates, the customer's name, and the service address.
- Writes: one note and one PDF each time you add a report.
- Does not touch: invoices, quotes, payments, your team's details or your customers' contact details. It never contacts your customers.
- Your photos: individual photos stay in Photo Luego. Only the finished report goes to Jobber.

What you need
- A Jobber account that can connect apps.
- Photo Luego Pro, which includes the Jobber connection. It has a 7-day free trial, with no card needed.
Questions
Do I need a paid plan to connect Jobber?
Yes. The Jobber connection is part of Pro. The free plan keeps your work on your phone and does not connect to other services.
Will my customer see the report in Jobber?
The note is a job note for you and your team. To send the report to your customer, share the link from Photo Luego, or use Jobber's options for showing a note to your customer.
What if the job changes in Jobber after I import it?
Photo Luego keeps a copy of the title, customer and address from when you imported it. It does not update automatically. You can rename the job in Photo Luego at any time.
How do I disconnect?
In Photo Luego, open Settings, then Connections, and choose Disconnect. We stop reading from your account and forget our access. You can also remove the app inside Jobber. Jobs you already imported stay in Photo Luego.
Is my Jobber account safe?
You approve the connection on Jobber's own screen, and we store the access it gives us in encrypted form. We only ask for the access we use, and you can take it back at any time.
Can I use Photo Luego without Jobber?
Yes. Photo Luego works on its own, and Jobber is optional. See how it works.
Is Photo Luego part of Jobber?
No. Photo Luego is an independent product. Jobber is a trademark of its owner, and Photo Luego is not owned or endorsed by Jobber.
