Getting started
Your first job, from the first photo to the finished report.
Photo Luego turns the photos you already take into a clean before and after report. The whole thing works on your phone, and you do not need an account to start.
The short version
- Take the BEFORE photos. Tap the camera button, walk the space, and tap the shutter for each shot. Tap Done when you have them all.
- Do the work. Come back when you are finished.
- Take the AFTER photos. Open a BEFORE photo and tap Take AFTER photos. The camera shows your before photo as a guide, so each after shot lines up with it. A live percentage shows how close you are.
- Make the report. When every BEFORE photo has an AFTER, Photo Luego says so and offers Make Report. Add your customer's name, check the details, and send a link or a PDF.
The tray at the bottom
The small pill above the menu tells you what to do next, such as "3 need After". Tap it (or swipe up) to see the photos waiting. Swipe up again to see everything, with filters for Needs After, Needs Before and Done. Tapping a filter changes which photos you swipe through on the main screen.
Photos with no match
Open the camera from the round camera button and choose After photos to take photos that are not paired with a BEFORE, such as a detail shot or a finished room you forgot to shoot first. They appear under "Needs Before", and you can still put them in a report.
Free and Pro
On the free plan your photos stay on your phone, up to 20 BEFORE and 20 AFTER photos. Pro saves everything to your account, so you can use your phone and computer together, share report links, connect Jobber and Calendly, and add people to your team. See Keep your photos safe.
Questions
Do I need an account?
No. The free plan works without one, and your photos stay on your phone. An account (Pro) saves them online, so they are safe if you lose your phone, and lets you share report links.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Taking photos works without a connection. Photos save to your account when you are back online.
Can I use it on a computer?
Yes. Sign in with the same Google account on your computer to see your jobs, edit details and make reports. Taking photos works best on your phone.
